Fisher's January "F"ilanthropy opportunity

Dear Families,
Our school has been learning about citizenship and how everyone
in a community helps to make it a wonderful place to live and work. Last
year, we lost a very important member of our school community, Miss
Riddell. Miss Riddell had an amazing love and compassion for children
and animals alike. This year, we would like our school to make a very
special donation to the Herkimer County Humane Society, a very
valuable member of our community, in memory of Miss Riddell. This
donation will not only honor Miss Riddell, but will also express our love
for animals and help to make their time in the shelter as happy as it
can be, while they await their FOREVER homes!
If you are willing to donate a “gift” from the list below, please
send in your donation by Wednesday, February 12th. It does not have
to cost a lot, however, it would mean the world to an animal in need!
Your child’s kindness is GREATLY appreciated! THANK YOU for your
thoughtfulness!

We will ​begin collecting ​donations Tuesday, January 21st and will conclude the collection on Wednesday, February 12th so we can arrange for the delivery of the collected items before ​the winter break.
