March Fisher 'F'ilanthropy opportunity upcoming

Dear Families,
Our school has been learning about citizenship and how everyone in a community helps to make it a wonderful place to live and work. Two years ago, we lost a very important member of our school community, Miss Riddell. Miss Riddell had an amazing love and compassion for children and animals alike. As we started last year, we would like our school to make a very special donation to the Herkimer County Humane Society, a very valuable member of our community, in memory of Miss Riddell. This donation will not only honor Miss Riddell, but will also express our love for animals and help to make their time in the shelter as happy as it can be, while they await their FOREVER homes!  If you are willing to donate a “gift” from the list below, please send in your donation starting Friday, March 13th through Tuesday, March 31st. It does not have to cost a lot, however, it would mean the world to an animal in need!  Your child’s kindness is GREATLY appreciated! THANK YOU for your thoughtfulness!

Again, collections begin Friday March 13th and conclude on Tuesday March 31st so we can gather the items and deliver them to the Humane Society before Spring Break.
