Clarification and correction to my previous drop off and pick up message

Good morning everyone.

For the folks who drop off and pick up their children using our car rider option, I'd like to clarify my message from yesterday:

I've been asked by my outside car rider staff to ask a procedural favor of all parents using the pick up and drop off car rider entrance for students.
When dropping off or picking up your student(s), if you would remain in your vehicle it would help us in two ways:
1.  It will help move the line along more smoothly and quickly with fewer interruptions to the 'placing the child in the car' process.
2. It will increase safety as there will be less people moving about an active loading and off-loading zone.

When dropping off students in the morning, my staff will approach the vehicle and help students who need it to unbuckle and exit the vehicle to enter the building.  We would like to have parents stay in vehicles for drop offs, as student should be on the passenger side of vehicles for a quick and safe entrance into the building.
When picking up students in the afternoon, my staff will bring students to parents waiting at vehicles.  If parents can wait at vehicles for their children to be brought to them and then buckle their children in, that will help make the exiting process much more efficient.
